WINDOWS

All windows come in white, anthracite or wood-look frames with 4+12+4 insulated double glazing.

DOORS

Exterior doors are 100x200 cm steel or glazed grid doors. Interior doors are 70x200 cm American panel doors.

EXTERIOR WALLS (12 cm)

80–100 mm glass wool between the 90 mm galvanized steel frame provides thermal and sound insulation. Wall surface is clad with 8 mm fiber cement.

INTERIOR WALLS (12 cm)

High-performance glass wool inside the 90 mm galvanized steel frame provides thermal and acoustic insulation. Surface is finished with 4 mm fiber cement and plasterboard.

WALL INSULATION

100 mm fiberglass mineral wool is used. Fireproof, rot-proof, odorless; resistant to insects and micro-organisms.

CEILING INSULATION

100 mm polyurethane glass wool provides thermal insulation and acoustic comfort while contributing to fire safety.

ROOF CLADDING

122x244 cm wood-based OSB boards are screw-fixed. High-tech pressed OSB boards provide high strength.

PAINT

Exterior facade is finished with granite plaster and acrylic facade paint. Interior plasterboard surfaces are painted with emulsion paint.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Sockets, cables, fuse boxes and lighting fixtures are concealed. Smart home system infrastructure is included in the project.

PLUMBING

Plumbing for sink, concealed toilet, luxury shower tray and kitchen cabinet is installed concealed.
